The policyholder has the right to choose the repairer who they wish to carry out the repair on their vehicle and is not obliged to use the insurance company’s approved repairer.

This has been agreed by the Office Of Fair Trading (OFT) and the Association Of British Insurers (ABI).

Damage to your vehicle need not be time consuming and inconvienient. From your first contact with us either phone contact or email, we will arrange a suitable time to inspect your vehicle and provide you with an estimate and advice to proceed with the claim.

The claim will then need to be registered with the insurance company then we can do the rest. We will arrange the engineer from the insurance company to inspect the vehicle when we will provide them with an estimate for repair.

Once they have received our estimate they will then agree with the work required and authorise the repair to be carried out.

When we receive authority, we will then order the parts required from the franchised dealer and confirm booking in date and estimate completion of repair.

All insurance repairs are covered by our 3 year warranty as specified by most leading insurance conpanies.A courtesy car is available upon request.
