DO I NEED TO BOOK an appointment TO RECEIVE AN ESTIMATE?
We'll always do our best to see people if they arrive at our workshop but It's always best to call the office in advance to confirm availability. We also ask that you arrive before 4pm unless otherwise agreed.
Do you provide a courtesy car?
We do have a number courtesy cars available, please let our team know when you're booking your vehicle in and we will confirm availability. If your repair is through insurance then often this can be arranged through them also.
Do you work with my insurance company
We can work with all insurance companies, some insurers have a preferred list of bodyshops who might be large scale repairers but they will be happy to work with family-run quality reparers like Dragontek if the customer gets an estimate and pass on our estimate.
What are your opening hours?
Our workshop has standard working ours of 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. We usually have some flexibility for vehicle collection & drop-off is arranged in advance.
